Fresh Vegetables, Herbs, and Salad

Teouma Valley Farms is an exciting new horticultural farming operation, specialising in vegetable, salad and melon production.  Located only 10 minutes from Port Vila, on the island of Efate in Vanuatu, we provide local, fresh produce with minimal “food miles”, for wholesale supply to restaurants, resorts and supermarkets.

Our fertile river valley soil produces crops with that amazing “home-grown” taste, while our hydroponic and greenhouse operation ensures we are protected from the weather and can produce even the most challenging crops all year round.

We aim to provide consistent supply of staple produce such as lettuce, tomatoes and capsicums, but also a broader range of products than has previously been available in Vanuatu – things like rocket, kale, spinach, micro-greens, fancy lettuce and herbs, sweet corn and a variety of melons.

Our environmental commitment

We seek to bring world agricultural best practice to our operation, especially when it comes to minimising our footprint and working in harmony with our environment.  Our underlying philosophy includes a commitment to a “no plastic packaging” policy.  We are working to forgo the ‘pleasant to the eye’ and convenient plastic packaging seen in major supermarket chains all over the world.  Instead, our packaging will be 100% plant starch which breaks down quickly as a completely natural product.

From humble beginnings, our team are working to provide more choice for you, building our list of available products, one crop at a time.
